*After each middle school band performs, members are dismissed. They can pack up their instrument and return to watch performances, or they may leave the event.

Physical Information - Available at HS Campus

All band members, incoming grades 9-12, will be required to get a new physical for the 23-24 school year.
Please click the links below for the paperwork you will need to bring this form the day of their physical with the medical history completed
and signed by parents.

UIL Form

HS Band Permission Slip (Coming Soon) - This form must be completed and submitted before you can travel to any event with the band.
Honor Code Acknowledgment - Must be completed and submitted before you attend any band events. (You only need to return the pages that require signatures).
